CoCre8. WHO I AM

An ambition, shared.

From Audi Midtown Toronto to CoCre8,
a story of conviction, trust and the people who bring an idea to life.

Before Audi Midtown Toronto became a place, it was a long-held ambition for Ken Laird. Bringing it into being meant finding people who could help give that ambition a practical form.

Ken brought strategic partners together and helped secure the resources the project needed. What followed called for persistence—and the combined experience of people committed to seeing it through.

The people behind the ambition

Working alongside Ken was Ernie Bugelli, Director of Operations at Audi Midtown Toronto. Ernie helped develop the business case, coordinate logistics and align the people involved as the project moved towards completion.

Ken credits Ernie with an essential part in that success. Ken sees what could become possible and moves towards it with conviction. Ernie brings the organisation, financial discipline and attention to detail that give the vision a practical way forward.

Their relationship gives substance to the idea behind CoCre8: different strengths, a shared purpose, and trust in what each person contributes.

Room for what comes next

CoCre8 opens a new chapter for Ken, shaped by that experience. He wants to work with people who inspire him, explore ideas with purpose, and find fulfilment in what they might build together.

It begins with getting to know the people and understanding the opportunity. From there, shared commitment, clear responsibilities and thoughtful execution give an idea room to develop.

The next chapter remains open.

“Oftentimes, an obstacle, in retrospect, was a path in disguise.”
